2) Getting Outside Your Box
Just got back from a last-minute break in Lanzarote and it reminded me how important it is to change our surroundings, particularly when you live in a big city like London. I didn't use the Internet and I didn't bring a laptop and one week felt like three. We visited Timanfaya volcano, ran by the ocean at night, ate gorgeous food and soaked up some sunshine.
I also read a few books and had some major insights.
I always seem to take quantum leaps forward whenever I get out of the country.
