The Sweet Science is a much maligned and much misunderstood sport. Only after training in it for a certain period of time did I begin to start appreciating the skill and discipline it required, or the artistry of it.
While the most popular fighters get the spotlight it is the trainers who are the keepers of the knowledge and too often do not get their just due. Here is some footage of a few of my favourite trainers doing padwork:
